At 5th Dimension Knives, I believe your knives deserve personal, individual care.
I sharpen on quality Japanese whetstones, the finest Swedish sharpening system (The Tormek T-8), and hand-crafted leather strops. I’ve honed my skills on hundreds of blades, making certain each was up to an exacting standard. When you get your blade back, it will be shaving sharp and ready for work. I will strop and polish your blade to a mirror finish each and every time.
We’ve all heard horror stories of an expensive knife given out to a large sharpening house that came back torn to pieces. Whether I am repairing, re-profiling, or simply giving a little touch up, your knives won’t get anywhere near a belt sander or bench grinder. Trust me with your knives and they will receive only the finest gentle service.

Where will we be this year?
Farmer’s Markets in and around Dane County!
Beginning in May, 5th Dimension Knives will be regularly sharpening at the following locations. We sharpen while you shop and you can drop off your knives, then swing around to pick them up. If we can’t finish them that day, we can arrange drop-off services or you can swing back the following week to pick them up.

Every Monday I pick up anything people leave to be sharpened and return it the following Monday.
